The terminal server - Can be accessed from any Windows 98, 2000, XP or MacOS X workstation in the world via 2 methods:

 

Method 1 – In Internet Explorer go to

BRITT USERS - http://www.whancock.org/tsweb

KANAWA USERS – http:/www.whancock.org/tswebk

 

§         You will have to accept the active X install

(See below)

§         The click on the bar and select Install ActiveX Control

§         A box (like below will show up)

§         Click install on the box

§         Click connect

§         The screen will then Change to a login Screen

§         Type in your Username and Password

§         You will then be in the Terminal Server

§         Logoff when done to return your screen

 

 

 

 

 

Method 2 - Remote Desktop Client

Found on windows XP machines under:

§         Start – All Programs – Accessories – Communication – Remote Desktop Connection

Found on an OS X system at:

§         http://www.whancock.org/rdc103en.hqx

 

When it ask for a computer type in

§         Terminal.whancock.org – BRITT USERS

§         Terminalk.whancock.org – KANAWHA USERS

    

§         It will be asked for username and a password

§         You will then be in the Terminal Server

§         Logoff when done to return your screen
